Send inquiries and résumés to Vincent Herod, Director of Production / Technical Director, by email vherod@austinlyricopera.org or fax (512) 472-1243, or contact him by phone (512) 472-5927 x106.
Auditions
The Austin Lyric Opera holds auditions for principal artists in both New York City and Austin. While these auditions are held on a yearly basis, casting is usually completed at least two years in advance of each production, so if you're reading about repertoire elsewhere on this site, it is almost certainly already cast.
For principal audition information, please contact Production Manager Susan Threadgill at 512-472-5927 x112 or by email at sthreadgill@austinlyricopera.org.
Auditions for the Austin Lyric Opera Chorus are held yearly in Austin, usually in the spring. Call Assistant Chorus Master Elden Little at 512-472-5927 x115 or email elittle@austinlyricopera.org for up to date information.
Austin Lyric Opera currently has no apprentice or Young Artist program.
