Single Ticket Exchange/Refund Policy

There are no refunds or exchanges for single tickets. Subscribers have exchange privileges for another performance of the same opera up to 48 hours in advance of performance.

Ticket Donations

Unused tickets may be donated to Austin Lyric Opera for resale by calling the Box Office at 512-472-5992, or by mailing tickets to: Austin Lyric Opera Box Office, PO Box 984, Austin, TX 78767. Ticket donations must be received prior to the performance. Your tax receipt will be mailed to you after the performance date.

Will Call

The Austin Lyric Opera Box Office opens one hour before curtain time at Bass Concert Hall and Riverbend Centre. Will Call tickets are also available at the ALO Box Office at 901 Barton Springs Road during regular office hours.

Late Seating

As a courtesy to seated patrons, latecomers will not be seated after the music begins. Latecomers will be seated at the intermission. Patrons who exit during the performance will be admitted back into the theatre at intermission.

Opera Overtures

All ticket holders are invited to Opera Overtures, a lively discussion hosted by ALO’s Director of Education, Margaret Perry. These presentations begin at 6:30 PM for evening performances and 2:00 PM for the matinee performances.

Cameras & Recording Devices

The photographing or sound recording of performances without the written permission of Austin Lyric Opera is prohibited by law.

Children

Children under the age of six are not permitted at performances.
