Orchestra

Austin Lyric Opera Orchestra is a professional  ensemble governed by an agreement between the company and the American Federation of Musicians, Local 433 (Orchestra Committee Chair: Beverly Frittelli). Many of its musicians perform for the Austin Symphony Orchestra and other Central Texas orchestras and chamber ensembles, as well as Ballet Austin. In addition, most are active in the community as teachers at the University of Texas Butler School of Music, private instructors and as teachers at our very own Armstrong Community Music School.
